Labcorp is seeking an intern for the position of BioA Scientist in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing biological and chemical samples, developing and validating methodologies, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Organizes, conducts, and evaluates analytical results and testing.
- Maintains study documentation and laboratory records.
- Independently sets up, maintains, and operates equipment.
- Performs quality control review of data and informs management of any issues.
- Assists in method development and validation.
- Participates in project meetings and process improvement initiatives.
- Trains and assists less experienced staff.
- Maintains a clean and safe laboratory work environment.
- Assists in writing reports, protocols, and SOPs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Working towards BS/BA degree.
- Experience with project delivery in academic or professional settings.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform complex analysis and assist in report preparation.
