Job Summary
Our Microbial division is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to support the Customer Care organization and provide exceptional support to customers in the field. This role involves managing day-to-day tasks, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver necessary services and support as outlined by the technical skill set
- Install, understand, and navigate software technical issues
- Build relationships with teams and individuals cross-functionally
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and departmental policies
- Contribute to internal and external meetings
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biology, or Chemistry. 4+ years of related experience in Field Service, technical, laboratory, or research roles.
