Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related.
- Experience in developing and delivering training materials.
- Experience in food safety or quality assurance role, preferably in a food processing or production facility.
- Has an understanding of food safety regulations and industry standards, including HACCP, GMP, and food hygiene principles.
- Has strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and delivers customized food safety training programs to individuals and teams.
- Ensures that training materials and practical demonstrations are engaging and accessible to all attendees.
- Assesses the training needs of employees and adapts the established training program accordingly.
- Plans and oversees practical and theoretical training sessions to ensure that attendees understand food safety procedures and principles.
- Keeps up-to-date with new food safety regulations and principles and ensures that training programs reflect these changes.
- Maintains records of training sessions and attendees and provides progress reports.
