About the Role
The Entry Level CRA position offers a hands-on introduction to clinical research and site management. Through Medpace’s PACE® Training Program, you’ll develop the skills to confidently perform monitoring, site qualification, and regulatory compliance tasks, preparing you for a successful career as an independent CRA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits in compliance with protocols.
- Communicate effectively with site staff, including coordinators, physicians, and research teams.
- Verify investigator qualifications, training, and site resources (facilities, labs, and equipment).
- Review medical records, case report forms, and regulatory documents for accuracy and protocol adherence.
- Monitor patient enrollment, retention, and data integrity, including adverse event tracking.
- Maintain accurate documentation, complete monitoring reports, and communicate findings.
- Support investigational product/drug accountability and site compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or life science-related field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 60–80% nationally.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to be fully office-based during core CRA training.
