Freshers Clinical Research Job Description
Freshers clinical research job candidates will support early development multi-therapeutic clinical trials while serving as the primary point of contact between investigative sites and the sponsor. The Clinical Research Associate will perform monitoring activities, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee documentation, monitor patient safety, and collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams to ensure successful trial execution. Qualifications
Freshers clinical research job applicants should meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- 0-6 months of provider-specific academy experience or less than 2 years of clinical trial monitoring or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience monitoring early development Phase I/II clinical studies across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
- Experience using CTMS and eTMF systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% for on-site monitoring visits.
- Preference for candidates residing near major HUB airports for regional travel.
Freshers Clinical Research Job – Key Responsibilities
Freshers clinical research job applicants will be responsible for the following duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between investigation sites and the sponsor for early development multi-therapeutic clinical trials.
- Conduct site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CTMS and eTMF systems.
- Support and monitor site staff training while maintaining compliance records.
- Monitor patient safety and ensure timely reporting of AE, SAE, and PQC.
- Support subject recruitment and retention activities.
- Oversee investigational product accountability, storage, return, or destruction.
- Resolve data queries and support timely, high-quality data entry.
- Document site progress and escalate issues or risks to the clinical team.
- Assist in tracking site budgets and ensuring timely site payments where applicable.
- Collaborate with Clinical Trial Assistants (CTAs), Local Trial Managers (LTMs), and Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs).
