Freshers CRA Job Description
Freshers CRA job applicants will provide in-house support to the clinical team according to project requirements, ICH GCP guidelines, local or global regulatory requirements, and Novotech or client SOPs.
The Inhouse Clinical Research Associate (IHCRA) plays an important role in supporting clinical operations, maintaining essential study documentation, coordinating trial materials, managing clinical systems, and assisting with study activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
Freshers CRA job applicants should meet the following requirements.
Education
- Relevant qualifications in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Administration qualifications may also be considered.
Experience
- Entry level to less than 2 years of experience as an Inhouse CRA or in related roles.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry is advantageous.
Freshers CRA Job – Key Responsibilities
- Support in-house clinical activities for assigned projects.
- Maintain and organize Trial Master Files (TMF).
- Track study documents and support audit readiness.
- Perform routine QC reviews and document reconciliation.
- Assist with essential clinical document management.
- Manage and update the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
- Maintain site compliance, milestones, and subject tracking.
- Prepare Investigator Site Files and coordinate study materials.
