Overview:
The Associate Scientist, QC Micro, will oversee contamination control and sterility assurance practices for Catalent’s aseptic production process. Responsibilities include aseptic processing, cleaning and disinfection, microbiological testing, and environmental monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with ISO, USP, cGMP, and GLP in the Microbiology laboratory
- Document laboratory test results following Good Documentation Practices
- Conduct testing of utilities and manufacturing environments
- Maintain Microlab in Audit Readiness
- Provide accurate microanalysis data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a cGMP QC laboratory
- Knowledge of cGMP, USP, HACCP, and technical writing
- Demonstrated ability in method development and validation
Salary Information:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $58,240 to $80,080, plus an annual bonus target.
