Role
Project: Introduction to Industrial Research
As an intern, you will be working closely with research associates on a project to support antibody knowledge generation within Antibody Research & Technologies (ART).
Project Background
For the development of therapeutics based on antibody formats targeting receptors, it is essential to explore interaction rules for multispecific targeting. The intern project will focus on exploring receptors in additional cell lines.
Responsibilities
- Learn and work in a biotech laboratory environment
- Support the Format Translation team in the design and performance of various assays
- Assist in cell culture and protein preparation
- Conduct Flow Cytometry based assay to measure antibody binding
- Perform Flow Cytometry and Microscopy based functional assays
- Participate in Bioluminescence Resonance Energy Transfer assays
- Develop skills in written reporting and verbal communication of research
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Student
- Technical knowledge in Cell culture, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Microscopy
- Lab-based experience in Cell culture, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Microscopy
