Job Description
Gilead is a research-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, and commercializes innovative medicines in areas of unmet medical needs. With each new discovery and investigational drug candidate, we seek to improve the care of patients living with life-threatening diseases around the world.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Conduct antibody sequencing/cloning from single B-cell and hybridoma samples
- Analyze data from antibody screening and characterizations assays
- Build, sequence, and analyze antibody repertoire NGS libraries
- Present scientific results and attend project team meetings
- Maintain familiarity with relevant scientific literature
Qualifications:
- B.S. in biological sciences with at least 1 year of relevant hands-on lab experience
- Experience in molecular biology techniques and antibody sequencing/cloning
- Knowledge of antibody discovery platforms (single B-cell, hybridoma, phage/yeast display)
