Basic Qualifications for GSK freshers Job:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the related scientific field with 0 to 2+ years related experience (US)
- Master’s Degree in the related scientific field with 0+ years related experience (Europe)
Scientific level of experience required due to the complexity of Vaccine products.
Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific field
- GSK Freshers Job Experience in the formulation of biologics and vaccines is a plus
- Knowledge of analytical characterization tools for biologics and vaccines
- Knowledge of unit operations for Drug Product processes is a plus
- Good level of spoken and written English as well as conversational.
- Innovative thinking is a plus, be able to identify link between different components of a problem or situation related to own work.

- Participates in the design and execution of specific development projects under limited direction, following the Quality by design framework.
- Works closely under the direction of scientific staff to, implement, and interpret the data from development projects.
- May train and oversee platform staff on equipment operation, data analysis, and other project-related work.
- Utilizes scientific knowledge and experience to influence technical decisions.
- Functions effectively as a core team member on multiple concurrent projects and may leads to small projects and established work processes.
- Helps to solve complex problems through collaborations with others, taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Prepares and presents scientific data in the internal meeting within own Technical R&D area
