Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine microbiological testing.
- Prepare laboratory samples for microbial analysis.
- Participate in laboratory investigations.
- Manage samples and associated documentation.
- Generate valid data at expected levels of productivity.
- Provide training to analysts.
- Support microbiological and instrument lifecycle.
- Ensure laboratory upkeep and maintenance.
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S, M.S with 1+ years of relevant experience in microbiology, life sciences, or related field.
- Experience with microbial limit testing/validation and lab instrumentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of cGMPs and compliance.
- Highly motivated team player with proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with laboratory information management systems.
