About You:
To be successful in this role you must have three years of previous research experience in a food, biochemical, or biotechnological environment. A minimum of a Master’s degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Microbiology is required. You will need to demonstrate strong abilities in cultivating innovation, delivering high-quality work, and driving projects to completion. It would be a bonus if you had previous experience in food or flavor industry developing natural flavor ingredients.

• Keeping up to date with relevant scientific and technological development
• Evaluating and implementing research ideas, and writing reports and summaries
• Planning and conducting experiments leading to the commercialization of innovative taste- and modulation ingredients
• Organizing new products testing and characterization
• Liaising with Flavorists, Application Scientists, and Process Engineers
• Contributing to team success
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
• Skills in microbial fermentation of foods and enzymatic transformation of flavor precursors
• Knowledge of food and flavor sciences
• Basic wet chemistry and instrumental analytical skills
