Position Overview
Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a diligent and motivated student leader to join us as a Medical Science Intern – Gastroenterology in Toronto. This internship opportunity will involve supporting and leading Medical Science projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth scientific research in Immunology therapeutic areas
- Provide project management assistance for medical science initiatives
- Monitor scientific literature and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
- Aid in developing balanced presentations and materials
- Assist in managing medical materials review processes
- Support publications, medical writing, and evidence dissemination
- Coordinate local evidence generation activities
- Assist in planning and executing medical science activities
- Maintain clinical study trackers for the medical science team
- Collaborate with agencies on specific projects
Qualifications
Education: University degree in Life Sciences or related field required. Enrollment in a graduate or professional degree program preferred.
Experience and Skills: Strong interpersonal, research, critical-thinking, and project management skills. Knowledge of Immunology therapeutic area is advantageous.
