Job Description:
GSK is currently looking for Biopharmaceutical Associates I to join our team in Rockville, MD. This role provides the opportunity to lead key activities in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation, cleaning, sterilization, and delivery of media and solutions for cell culture and purification operations
- Operation, cleaning, and maintenance of process equipment
- Performing sampling procedures and analysis using analytical instruments
- Following SOPs and protocols for process operations
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Ability to work 24/7 production operation shifts
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Art / Associates Degree in relevant disciplines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
Salary Range:
The annual base salary for new hires ranges from $19 to $32 based on factors such as location, skills, and experience, with additional benefits including bonus and participation in a long-term incentive program.
