Job Details –Description:
Conduct computational modeling and simulations of protein structures to predict their behavior and interactions.
- Analyze and interpret data using cutting-edge tools and software for protein structure prediction and design.
- Collaborate with experimental biologists for project progression and validation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed documentation of computational procedures and results.
- Present research findings in meetings, conferences, and published papers.
- Stay updated on current advancements in protein engineering and computational biology.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Ph.D. Degree in biochemistry, biochemical engineering, or computational science.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in structural biology, computational biology, or related fields.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in Linux scripting, Python programming, and other relevant areas is a plus.
Physical Demands:
The job may require walking, standing, lifting to 15 lbs, and traveling by car and plane.
