Laboratory Project Coordinator Job Description
As a Project Coordinator at ICON, the successful candidate will design and analyze clinical trials, interpret complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. This role is essential in supporting project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, or related field.
- English proficiency at an advanced level with the ability to conduct meetings, draft documentation, and engage with international stakeholders
- Prior experience in clinical research or project management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interactional skills.
Laboratory Project Coordinator – Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs in the day-to-day monitoring of trials.
- Generate internal management reports and provide these to the Project Coordinator II or the Project Manager, e.g., open status reports, commented results reports.
- Create study documents from templates in the set-up phase of a study, e.g., communication/escalation plan, ICOLABS forms.
