How you will make an impact:
You will play a pivotal role within a hard-working and dedicated team of scientists and engineers, driving ground breaking scientific solutions in Bioinformatics for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).
What will you do:
- Serve as the representative for software in program core teams
- Develop robust test plans and test cases
- Spearhead algorithm testing for NGS data analysis pipelines
- Resolve technical issues related to build deployment
- Lead projects from inception to completion
How will you get here:
Education: MS. or higher in Computer Science/engineering, Bioinformatics, Biomedical engineering, Statistics, EE or related fields, and 3+ Years related experience.
Experience: Experience in genomics and bioinformatics, proficiency in software design and development.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Demonstrated leadership in leading project completion
- Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills
