IQVIA Portugal Internship: Job Description
The Country Site Activation Intern will support clinical trial start-up activities by assisting with regulatory, contractual, and document management processes. This life science internship role offers valuable exposure to the clinical research environment and site activation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and processing of contract addendums.
- Assist with regulatory submissions to relevant authorities and ethics committees.
- Prepare and track regulatory notifications.
- Support implementation and tracking of regulatory submissions and approvals.
- Conduct Trial Master File (TMF) reviews to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Maintain and update clinical trial systems and databases.
- Assist with administrative and operational site activation activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Life Science Internship
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
