Job Description
The program is designed to educate Interns on Clinical Trial procedures and protocols within the Site Management department, with an emphasis on the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role. It will also cover Clinical Site Activation (CSA) roles and responsibilities. This internship aligns with Life Sciences Internship by offering training conducted through online and in-office sessions, mentoring by senior employees, and performing supervised tasks within the scope of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clinical activities within the Site Management department.
- Participate in training sessions focusing on CRA and CSA roles.
- Engage in supervised tasks to gain practical experience.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Life Sciences Internship
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required; degrees in Pharmacy and Medicine (MD) are preferred.
- Fluency in Serbian and English language is a must.
- Good communication skills and strong motivation to pursue a career in the clinical trials environment.
- General knowledge and interest in the pharma industry, Clinical Research, and CRO companies.
- Available to work as office-based, full-time, Monday to Friday.
