Life Sciences Job at Novotech – Job Description:
The In-house Clinical Research Associate (IHCRA) provides in-house support to the clinical team according to project requirements, ICH GCP guidelines, and local or global regulatory requirements.
Life Sciences Job at Novotech – Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-house clinical operations support across assigned trials in compliance with ICH GCP, local/global regulatory requirements, and Novotech or client SOPs.

Coordinate and maintain Trial Master File (TMF) documentationโdocument tracking, audit preparation, QC reviews, and reconciliations.

Manage Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), ensuring real-time and accurate site data entry, milestone updates, and subject tracking.

Assist in creating Investigational New Drug (IND) files and coordinate shipment of study materials like lab kits, drug supplies, and patient diaries.

Support CRAs with monitoring visit preparation and follow-up.

May assist with IRB submissions, safety reporting, and clinical study communications throughout the trial lifecycle.
Life Sciences Job at Novotech – Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree qualified in Life Science or related field.
- Relevant experience in administration in Life Sciences or a related field or similar would be preferable.

Prior administrative or clinical support experience in the life sciences, CRO, or healthcare industry is preferred.

Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Proficiency with in-house IT systems, document tracking platforms, and MS Office tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines with high attention to detail.
