- Assist with preparing i-Site Packs and study-related documentation.
- Perform centralized monitoring activities and assess site and data quality.
- Monitor site performance metrics, missing data, SDV backlog, visit schedules, and query management.
- Identify site-level risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct Subject Level Data Review (SLDR) and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support study analytics, trend analysis, and reporting activities.
- Handle access management tasks and coordinate with external vendors.
- Act as backup support for Centralized Monitors and Senior Centralized Monitors.
- Support technical tools, including Excel formulas, macros, and tool design.
- Maintain effective communication with CRAs, study sites, and internal project teams.
