Job Title: Microbiologist (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:
Product/ Systems Releases:
- Monitor and ensure timely release of products
- Review equipment and material availability
- Recommend required monitoring and evaluation
Accurate Analysis Results:
- Ensure calibration and validation of equipment and procedures
- Review training requirements for Lab Analysts
- Ensure proper documentation for activities
Exceptions Resolution:
- Perform investigations and complete necessary documentation
- Analyze test results and provide appropriate disposition
- Assist in corrective and preventive actions
Support Projects:
- Participate in Project Groups
- Perform required microbiological tests and reviews
Lead Projects:
- Assign responsibilities and tasks to team members
- Review recommendations and feedback from the team
Work Environment Maintenance:
- Review housekeeping practices and audit
- Implement necessary improvements
Compliance:
- Responsible for EHS procedure compliance
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor of Science in Microbiology or Chemistry or ra elated field
- Some relevant working experience
- Technical knowledge on lab equipment/system/software/validation
