- Review LIMS summary reports to organize daily laboratory work
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
- Ensure accuracy in sample preparation and analysis
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment such as autoclaves, pH meters, incubators, and Eppendorf pipettes
- Assess and correct laboratory operational problems according to SOP guidelines and ISO 17025 regulations
- Meet quality and turnaround time specifications required by clients
- Ensure samples are analyzed within holding time requirements
- Identify and document sample deviations, non-conformances, and process deviations
- Report issues and corrective actions to the Supervisor
- Use proper laboratory techniques to minimize sample mix-ups and contamination
- Provide workstation updates and notify management of delays
- Participate in laboratory and Health & Safety meetings when requested
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Maintain training records and qualifications
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
