Responsibilities:
- To deliver first-class projects execution in collaboration with more experienced colleagues of MEU R&D Chocolate team
- To assist in new products development and products optimization across Europe working closely with different departments
- To design and manually prepare prototypes at pilot plant for internal round table tests and external consumer tests
- To update and create product recipes and specifications in an internal SAP-based program
- To assist in data analysis and reporting of findings
- To work with suppliers on already existing and new potential ingredients like new types of nuts, fruits, biscuits, fillings etc.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Fluency in English, knowing second languages as Russian, Ukrainian is a big plus
- Very good collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Functional Technical Skills
- Innovative thinking, strong creative mind-set and interest in food industry new product design
- Organizational skills, proactive approach, problem solving
Education / Certifications:
- Students of last year’s or fresh Graduate Status (up to one year)
- Preferred courses: Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or other
Job specific requirements:
- Ability to work with systems and at pilot plant on prototypes manual making
Travel requirements:
- Yes, 10% of time
