WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

- B.Sc. in chemistry, biochemistry or related field with 0-2 years of biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience, with knowledge in protein chemistry and analytical chemistry;
- Hands-on experience with analytical methods for protein attribute characterization (RP/HIC/SEC/IEX/CE, etc.), and sample processing techniques (enzymatic digestion, PCR, etc.);
- Data interpretation and processing;
- Demonstrated scientific curiosity and ability to execute experiments;
- A great teammate who is detailed, can multi-task, and outstanding in oral / written communications skills;
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
– Experience with Empower, Chromeleon, and ELN.

– Apply the state-of-the-art physical-analytical techniques for screening and characterization of therapeutic antibodies, antibody fragments, ADCs, proteins, and emerging biotherapeutic modalities including gene therapy modalities like AAVs;
– Carry out laboratory responsibilities including sample tracking and sample preparation;
– Operate and maintain instrumentations;
– Perform data analysis and documentation, as well as result reporting;
– Present observations and results at group and project meetings;
– Interact and collaborate with colleagues in biologics Discovery and Development organizations.
