AbbVie Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Microbiologist for the Manorhamilton Site in Sligo.
Job Description
This is a permanent part-time position with a job share role. The candidate will rotate working weeks of 2 days one week and 3 days the next week.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and comply with Laboratory Documentation and Computerized Systems Data Integrity requirements.
- Carry out environmental and product microbiological tests as required.
- Train laboratory staff in operational tests.
- Adhere to EHS & E standards, procedures, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Third level qualification in microbiology.
- Good knowledge of aseptic processes manipulation and experience within a GLP/GMP environment.
- Experience in a relevant industry is desirable.
