What You Will Achieve
This is a laboratory-based position within the Vaccine Research and Development – Analytical Development group where the individual will provide routine sample testing to support process development of early phase vaccine candidates. Assays include but are not limited to HPLC and UV-VIS.
How You Will Achieve It
Under supervision, perform routine sample testing in support of early phase vaccine candidates. Responsibilities include preparing samples, running instruments, analyzing data, documenting experiments, and planning daily workflow. Additionally, contribute to general laboratory maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- BS in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline with 0-2 years of laboratory work experience
- Proficiency in word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant scientific software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Motivated and detail-oriented
Nice-to-Have:
- Working knowledge of analytical techniques for pharmaceutical characterization
Salary and Benefits Information
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $54,700.00 to $91,100.00. In addition, the position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
