Qualifications Required:
- A Bachelor’s or Masters in a STEM associated field (Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Engineering,
- Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or related field)
- Currently reside within commuting distance to the office or can relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio – generous relocation benefit provided.

The Opportunity

As an Associate Scientist on our P&G North America Oral Care R&D Team at the Mason Business Center in Mason, Ohio you will use your technical curiosity to mine multiple consumer and technical sources of data to develop insights that will have a meaningful influence on our business strategy and will enable our multi-functional team to win with consumers and deliver sustainable results for our Company.
- Your key responsibilities will include creating and delivering oral care initiatives to the North American market. This includes working with a multifunctional team of R&D and commercial partners to create and support holistic propositions comprised of product claims, product usage experiences, demos, customer messages, and commercial executions. As part of this work, you will develop an understanding of the fundamental relationship between technical properties to consumer acceptance, contribute to experimental design, conduct a detailed analysis and summary of research and experimentation, in addition, to independently execute all aspects of routine consumer research study placement and documentation.
