Educational Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
- MSc Degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
Experience
- At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a pharmacovigilance services provider organization.
Skills
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
Pharmacovigilance Officer Job – Key Responsibilities
- Handle internal reporting of pharmacovigilance data as per regulatory timelines.
- Conduct database searches, screen, and review global and local literature as required.
- Prepare Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs).
- Review and update Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEAs) and liaise with stakeholders in Greece and worldwide.
- Monitor and document safety data to identify trends and potential safety issues or signals.
- Review, process, and record Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) originating from Competent Authorities in the company database.
- Update EudraVigilance Extended Medicinal Product Dictionary (XEVMPD).
- Perform pharmacovigilance training for employees and partners.
