Our PPD® Laboratory Services team plays a vital role in improving patient health through the expertise of scientists, industry thought-leaders, and therapeutic guides. Discover Impactful Work:
The role of Cell lab Scientist involves supporting the design, conduct, and oversight of development projects to create and validate new bioassay methods, enhancing existing methods, and transferring client-provided methods.
A Day in the Life:
- Support the design, conduct, and oversight of development projects.
- Collaborate with clients on project updates.
- Train and mentor junior scientists.
- Troubleshoot instruments and method performance.
Education and Experience:
Degree or equivalent in Life Science, Biochemistry, Immunology, or Cell Biology
2-3 years of previous relevant experience
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Mammalian cell culture experience
- Knowledge of bioassays, flow cytometry, qPCR, ddPCR
- Experience in cellular and immunologically based assays
