QA Assistant Job Description
The QA Assistant will provide operational support to the quality system within the Cell and Gene Unit. This role focuses on document control, material disposition, record checks, and quality administration in a GMP environment. The successful candidate will work closely with authorized QA Specialists to ensure compliance with established procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
QA Assistant Job candidates should possess:
- MBO-4 or HBO qualification in life sciences or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of GMP, Good Documentation Practice, and data integrity.
- Experience with eQMS and document management systems is an advantage.
- Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
QA Assistant Job – Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining controlled SOPs, work instructions, forms, templates, and logbooks, including version control and periodic review.
- Formatting and routing documents through review and approval workflows, ensuring current approved versions are accessible.
- Preparing material disposition packages for various GMP materials; completing routine dispositions where authorized.
- Checking supplier status, certificates, and material identity, and escalating discrepancies as necessary.
- Maintaining quarantine, released, rejected, and expired status in relevant systems.
- Performing initial checks of production, QC, and material records before formal QA review.
- Registering deviations, CAPAs, changes, and quality trackers, including follow-up on actions.
- Supporting audits and inspections through document retrieval and operational coordination.
