Responsibilities:
- Work directly with quality, brewing, and packaging personnel to determine needs and develop solutions
- Assist quality department in daily duties including but not limited to:

- Sensory panel preparation, data analysis, and participation
- Conduct aseptic sampling throughout brewery
- Preparation of media and plates
- Statistical analysis of collected data, including trends and development of critical limits
- Basic physical measurements of beer throughout process
Additional Details:
- Must be 21 or older with valid driver’s license
- Junior or senior status with major coursework toward a degree in microbiology, food science, chemistry or related field required.
- Internship requires a minimum 10 hours a week. Can be more based on class credit
- Strong written, oral communications and computer skills
- This is a unpaid internship
- Intrinsic knowledge of statistical analysis software is a plus
