Quality Supervisor Position at Refresco
Reporting to the Manager Quality, the Supervisor Quality is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality operations to facilitate compliance with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Shift: 3rd shift, 11pm – 7:30am
Essential Functions
- Adhere to health and safety policies/procedures, GMPs, and PPE requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards.
- Direct and lead Quality employees as Quality Supervisor.
- Track and manage departmental KPIs.
- Communicate Site Quality Objectives and Policies.
Education and Experience
- BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline preferred.
- Three (3) years supervisory experience in quality within a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of quality systems (GMP, HACCP, SQF) – certification preferred.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP required.
- Experience using measurement tools and equipment required as Quality Supervisor.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
Weekdays, weekends, and holidays may be required. Work environment is in a fast-paced production plant.
