About the Role
Here at Fluxergy you will have the opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary team of life scientists and engineers to help optimize and develop new diagnostic assays using a variety of different detection methods and in various markets.
Responsibilities:
- Work with an interdisciplinary team to develop new diagnostic assays
- Perform sequence analysis and validate qPCR assays
- Develop documentation per company procedures
- Bring products from design to validation under FDA regulations
- Analyze data and generate interpretations
- Participate in design validation activities
Requirements:
- MS or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Bioengineering or other related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience; 2-3 years working in Biotech
- Hands on lab experience
- Demonstrated experience of time management and meeting deadlines
- Experience with experimental design, optimization and troubleshooting
- Ability to make detailed observations, review, analyze and interpret data.
- BONUS: Experience developing IVD products and design controls
