Job Description:
Within this role, you will perform a wide variety of bioanalytical processes to support bulk drug substance manufacture in a cGMP regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with current GMP and regulatory standards
- Review data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform bioassays according to cGMP practices
- Sub-culture mammalian cell lines and conduct cell counts
- Maintain laboratory reagents, supplies, and equipment
- Prepare reagent aliquots and media for cell-based assays
- Conduct laboratory investigations and generate reports
- Complete CAPAs and update SOPs as needed
- Present bioanalytical data reports to management
- Identify and implement lab process improvements
- Perform other duties relevant to the QC laboratory position
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field with 2+ years of experience in a regulated testing environment
- Prior experience with Bioassays in a regulated environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
