About the Role
The Project Specialist will work as a key member of the sponsor’s Global Study Team, contributing to the delivery of clinical studies on time, within budget, and with quality assurance. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while being part of a global study team.
Job Description
As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the eTMF completeness, managing budgets, and acting as the primary contact for country oversight. Your role will include vendor management, data oversight, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols. You will also lead the development of study plans and monitor study conduct, addressing any risks or issues that arise.
Remote Project Specialist Jobs – Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to delivering clinical studies to time, cost, and quality.
- Manage budget oversight, including Task/Change Orders and expense tracking.
- Act as the primary contact for country oversight and recruitment progress.
- Oversee vendor management and ensure timely delivery of study-specific deliverables.
- Ensure eTMF completeness and verify the quality of clinical documents.
- Maintain interactions with internal and external partners.
- Review key clinical documents and lead the development of study plans.
- Monitor study conduct and progress, identifying and resolving risks/issues.
Eligibility Criteria For Remote Project Specialist Jobs
- Life Science degree.
- 1+ years of clinical trial experience within clinical research.
- Experience in global project management/supporting global cross-functional teams is an advantage.
- Familiarity with eTMF and CTMS.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel and clinical trial management systems is an asset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
