Who You Are:
You are an energetic, and highly motivated research associate who works well in a team-setting to support the different GMP QC testing activities in Analytical Development. You perform self-guided, hands-on laboratory activities to maintain the integrity of analytical samples through coordination, tracking, proper handling, maintenance, and monitoring.
The Team:
This position resides within the Analytical Development group, part of the Global Biologics CMC Development organization at Sanofi, Framingham, and Waltham, MA. The Analytical Development group has the overall responsibility to develop, qualify and validate robust analytical methods to support release and characterization testing of candidates in early-stage development (Phase I/II). The Analytical Development group also performs cGMP compliant drug substance and drug product release and stability testing in addition to compendial and raw material QC testing.
Job Highlights:
- Perform GMP and non-GMP sample coordination, handling, and maintenance.
- Maintain equipment used to store samples.
- Monitor and analyze environmental information.
- Draft procedures (SOPs) and ensure GMP compliance.
- Maintain a GMP compliant laboratory environment.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experiences.
- Minimum 1 year working in GXP laboratory.
- Minimum 1 year working with LIMS and performing sample maintenance related activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
