Position Summary
As a Research Associate in the Conjugation Lab, you will be responsible for preparing conjugated proteins, antibodies, enzymes, oligonucleotides, and microparticles for both manufacturing and research purposes. This position involves in-process testing, troubleshooting, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conjugated proteins, antibodies, enzymes, and microparticles
- Perform in-process testing of conjugates stocks
- Complete post-manufacturing processing
- Troubleshoot problematic conjugates
- Manage information and data
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, or equivalent, is required, as well as 0 to 2 years of experience in conjugation, protein purification, or immunoassays.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of protein and antibody structure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle complex tasks and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
