Research Associate Job Description
Research associate job responsibilities include supporting Dr. Jie Liu in the Gilbert S. Omenn Department of Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics. The Research Associate II (TEMP) will preprocess and curate immune- and protein-related human datasets, including transcriptomic and proteomic datasets as well as single-cell and bulk-level measurements. These datasets will be converted into AI-ready inputs for foundation model training in direct support of NIH project milestones.
The role involves performing quality control, harmonization, and documentation of multimodal datasets while coordinating closely with the modeling team to ensure high-quality data preparation for advanced computational research. Qualifications
Research Associate Job qualifications include:
