Research Job – Key Responsibilities
The Research Technician functions as a vital hands-on technical engine, working under the direct supervision of the Technology Implementation Manager to operate automated spatial profiling systems and curate tissue sample blocks.
Your core experimental, instrument configuration, and laboratory logistics duties include:
- Multiplex System Operations: Running complex, sequential multi-staining automated protocols on the advanced Comet Lunaphore platform, mapping multiple spatial biomarkers on single tissue sections.
- Histology Sample Preparation: Preparing human and animal tissue samples for analysis, including chemical fixation, paraffin embedding (FFPE), cryosectioning, microtome sectioning, and precise slide preparation.
