Job Opportunity: Research Scientist II
Location: Waltham, MA
Overview:
We seek an experienced Research Scientist II to join our research and development group. The focus will be on downstream technologies to support our affinity chromatography business.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and performing laboratory experiments
- Designing and executing experiments for product development
- Providing data-driven updates and collaborating with other departments
- Documenting results and presenting findings
- Training and mentoring junior staff
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Engineering or Scientific discipline
- 3+ years of industry experience or Ph.D. with 1+ years of relevant industrial experience
- Strong knowledge in techniques such as UF/DF, AKTA, Column Chromatography, and ELISA assays
- Experience with biochemistry and analytical techniques
- Expertise in developing robust assays and tech transfer processes
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulatory systems
