Job Description
Under general supervision, the Research Technician I will assist in laboratory research and procedures, performing various experimental techniques and supporting research activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist scientists and technicians in conducting research procedures and operating scientific equipment.
- Collect, record, and organize data accurately for analysis and reporting.
- Configure and operate laboratory equipment, maintain records, and order necessary supplies.
- Stay current with research area through literature review.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: Some laboratory experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to draft reports, keep accurate records, and learn new techniques.
