Research Associate/Sr. Research Associate, Immunology
Role:
The Research Associate will be part of Century’s Immunology/In-Vitro Pharmacology team, responsible for executing various assays to assess the functionality and fitness of iPSC-derived cell therapy products. The ideal candidate will have experience in cell culture and multicolor flow cytometry.
Responsibilities:
- Cell culture (primary cells and immortalized tumor cells)
- Functional assessment of cell products
- Cytotoxicity, Persistence, Serial Killing
- Cytokine secretion (MSD)
- Multi-color flow cytometry
- Data analysis and documentation
Qualifications:
A BS or MS degree in biology, biochemistry, microbiology, or related field. 0-2 years of relevant professional experience for Research Associate, or 2-4 years for Senior Research Associate.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with data-driven problem-solving skills
- High degree of scientific integrity
- Experience with cell culture
- Good understanding of aseptic technique
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
