The Lilly Genetic Medicine (LGM) team is looking for talented and motivated scientists to join our Innovation Hub in Cambridge, MA before moving to the Seaport District in Boston. We pursue cutting-edge research in a highly interdisciplinary environment to enable the next generation of nucleic acid innovation. If you have a hands-on background in wet lab biology and are interested in supporting nanomedicine-related research, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and characterize novel formulations for RNA nanoparticles
- Support flow cytometry evaluation of RNA nanoparticles
- In vitro evaluation of nucleic acid formulation
- Molecular endpoint study for nucleic acid formulation
- Optimize existing characterization methods and processes
- Communicate research findings with internal and external partners
- Operate instruments and assist in maintaining general lab functionality
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, neuroscience or related field.
- 3+ years hands-on laboratory work experience in formulation science or nanomedicine.
