Job Description
As a scientist at Artech L.L.C., you will contribute to the development, characterization, testing, and scale-up/down of automated and PAT enabled mammalian cell culture process platforms for biotherapeutic manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, characterize, and test an integrated and automated cell culture process platform.
- Investigate, design, and execute research activities to improve cell culture process performance.
- Evaluate relevant scientific literature to advance the proposed platform.
- Lead efforts for industrialization and technology transfer of the automated process platform.
- Responsible for planning, executing, documenting, and interpreting experimental work.
- Author scientific and operational documentation and deliver presentations.
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree (2-4 years) or PhD degree (0-2 years) in Biotechnology or related field.
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture process development.
- Strong motivation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Process Analytical Technology and in-line sensing technology.
- Knowledge of process data analytics using statistical/machine learning methods.
