As part of the broader R&D team, you will work closely with a diverse and global team of experts in regulatory compliance and safety assurance. Located at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center at Biopolis, this role provides the opportunity to collaborate in multi-functional teams and support P&G representation to government agencies, industry associations, and technical organizations when required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead regulatory and safety strategy for the launch of new projects in multiple regions
- Provide regulatory and safety leadership to enable the launch of multiple innovation programs across Asia and other regions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and resolve issues
- Develop and execute registration strategies for winning initiatives
- Conduct regulatory compliance assessments for formulations, labels, and packaging in collaboration with country regulatory managers
- Build technical expertise in specific product categories and regulatory landscapes
- Deliver technical outputs that address critical innovation challenges and milestones
- Independently formulate hypotheses, design experiments, interpret complex data, and communicate results
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and systems fundamentals
Job Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect ideas using data
- Able to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a challenging environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with diverse cultures and levels
