About the Job
Working with the VP, Head of Process Science, a highly motivated and meticulous Senior Scientist is required for an exciting new project at Recipharm in manufacturing and producing Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) in Watertown, MA, USA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering a high commercial volume of products.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Procurement, qualification, usage, and maintenance of equipment for mAb-Linker-drug (ADC) conjugation and purification
- Planning and Execution of ADC conjugation and purification projects
- Training, supervision, and development of Junior Scientists
- Subject Matter Expert function for ADC conjugation/chemistry/purification

Regular, close contact with:
- SLT
- Manager
- Key stakeholders within Recipharm
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree in e.g. Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, or comparable field
- PhD, Post-Doc or comparable other / industrial 2-3 years working experience in especially ADC conjugation & purification
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for mAb / ADC conjugation and purification processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and technical problem-solving skills for relevant field
- Willingness to work in and adapt to GMP industry
