The Ross Laboratory is situated within the Stanford University School of Medicine’s Department of Radiation Oncology. As part of the NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, the Stanford Cancer Institute offers a dynamic and stimulating work environment with a strong focus on cancer-related research across various disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Independently conduct complex experiments for research projects
- Analyze data, interpret results, and make recommendations
- Develop and modify research protocols
- Contribute to research publications and presentations
- Oversee lab activities, budgets, and safety compliance
Desired Qualifications:
- Background in stem cell biology, cancer biology, or immunology
- Expertise in molecular biology techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with lab maintenance and staff supervision
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field with two years of relevant work experience or a Master’s degree in a related field.
