Job Description
Baxter Thetford has an exciting opportunity for a sterility assurance microbiologist: to join their microbiology team. The successful candidate will work on project-related tasks involving heat studies and environmental monitoring. Sterility Assurance Microbiologist Job – Key Responsibilities
- Operate as part of the Sterility Assurance group to perform quality system and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain alignment with EU GMP & Guidelines.
- Prepare and process biological indicators.
- Conduct environmental monitoring for classified areas.
- Support atypical sterilization investigations.
- Investigate and communicate “Out of specification” results, implementing CAPA.
- Support projects relating to environmental monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with EHS/GMP/GDP/Company policies and external regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria Required For Sterility Assurance Microbiologist Job
- Degree in Microbiology, Biomedical Science, or Bioscience.
- Experience in environments where accuracy, numeracy, and clear documentation are essential.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
