Job Title: 2025 Summer Intern: R&D (Research & Development) TDC/Life Science
Location:Â Plano, Texas; Valhalla, New York; Chicago, Illinois
Responsibilities:
As an R&D Global Functions Specialist at PepsiCo, you will have the opportunity to work in various teams focusing on Technical Insights, Digital solutions, Compliance, and Life Sciences. Depending on the team, your responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional partners, ensuring food safety and quality, developing digital solutions, leading sensory and consumer research, working on regulatory affairs, or contributing to scientific and life sciences areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2025 campus intern openings is $21.50 – $55.40 per hour. In addition, our full-time positions offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, retirement plans, and more.
Qualifications:
- Must graduate with bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree within one (1) year of internship completion
- Eligible to work in the United States without work authorization sponsorship
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into project goals
- Effective communication skills and willingness to travel
